  • Total Testing retains your credit card on file to be charged at the end of the month ONLY if a test has been used. There are no charges if no tests were used. A paid invoice will be emailed at the end of the month.

  • Total Testing will gladly bill your organization at the end of the month for any tests used. We require signed authorization from your company to be invoiced. All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoicing is available to organizations with a valid company email address. Yahoo, Gmail, etc type accounts will be required to have a credit card on file. You may download the authorization form to expedite account set up..

  • All invoices are due upon receipt. Should payment not be received within 45 days Total Testing reserves the right to disable your account until payment is received. For your convenience, we do accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please provide the name of the person that should receive this invoice. We will email (we do not mail invoices) the invoice to that person at the end of the month.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Total Testing offers free demos and therefore does not offer refunds for online tests. We suggest that you take advantage of our free demo service if you are unsure of your testing needs, or call our office for assistance.

    Your online account will be set up within thirty minutes during business hours (M-F 9-6pm EST). Should you not receive your account information, please contact us immediately.
