  • Pay-As-You-Go Account Information

    There is no charge to set up an account with Total Testing. We will send an invoice on the first business day the following business month IF any tests are used. Each completed test in your account is $20.00. If no tests were used, there will be no charge. Incomplete, un-used or cancelled tests will not be charged. Your account will remain open for as long as needed and will have access to our complete library of tests. Please complete the below information to set up an account:
  • Total Testing retains your credit card on file to be charged at the end of the month ONLY if a test has been used. There are no charges if no tests were used. A paid invoice will be emailed at the end of the month.

  • All invoices are due upon receipt. Should payment not be received within 45 days Total Testing reserves the right to disable your account until payment is received. For your convenience, we do accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please provide the name of the person that should receive this invoice. We will email (we do not mail invoices) the invoice to that person at the end of the month.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Total Testing offers free demos and therefore does not offer refunds for online tests. We suggest that you take advantage of our free demo service if you are unsure of your testing needs, or call our office for assistance.

    Your online account will be set up within thirty minutes during business hours (M-F 9-6pm EST). Should you not receive your account information, please contact us immediately.
